Zeitoun by Dave Eggers

Eggers combines his fantastic storytelling and detailed journalism in this book about Abdulrahmam Zeitoun who remains in New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina to take care of his home, his neighbours, and his business. This tale is spellbinding and shocking. You learn of the shameful incidents that happened to a Muslim man during a state of emergency in the, ahem, land of the free.
