Toronto Tree Portraits

On Treehugger today, I saw something I wish I had sooner. Photographer Vincenzo Pietropaolo had an exhibit at Toronto’s Side Space Gallery, called Toronto Tree Portraits. Too bad it’s too late for my T.O. friends to go. The exhibit ended on August 12th. Local artists and celebrities selected their favourite city trees to share as photographed portraits. I see that one of my faves made it in – the massive tree that presides over Kensington Kitchen’s upstairs patio, which was actually built around the hearty beauty.
